By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Kyoto, had much fun. Had essentials needed in the a twin room, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation. All in all, it was characterful base for travelling to Kyoto. My double room was available with a safe, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel TV. The staff I encountered were affable and welcoming. The service was absolutely terrific.

This was exactly the double room I wanted in Kyoto. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a plus. The hotel had a peaceful location in the middle of the city. Everyone was affable and welcoming.

The room was extremely spacious and there were a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was quiet for walking around Sanjusangendo Temple. I didn't feel like leaving and would use them next time...

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. The hotel had a great fitness room, a beautiful rooftop with evening fires and heaters during colder times, and an elegant bakery with delicious breads. The staff were polite, well-spoken and happy to assist, making our check-in and baggage hold experience seamless. We particularly appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff at the breakfast restaurant.
